Only what the bot and dashboard need to run the clan.
Your Discord user ID, username, and server roles, visible to the bot because it operates in the K0ii Discord server.
Your Roblox user ID, username, and in-game clan/battle statistics, sourced from public APIs and Bloxlink for roster members.
In-game gem donations logged by officers and linked to Discord accounts for leaderboards.
With your consent, Google Analytics collects standard usage data across the website so we can improve it.

We use this information to display clan rosters and statistics, verify membership, track donations and rewards, and moderate applications and tickets.
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with services necessary to operate K0ii (Discord, Roblox, Bloxlink, and Google Analytics when accepted) and with clan officers for moderation.
The profile/officer login sets a secure signed session cookie. Optional Google Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data is retained while you're associated with the clan or its roster history. Ask any K0ii officer in Discord to review or remove your data.
K0ii is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
We may update this policy as the bot and site evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
